Advertising/Sponsorship Review and Acceptance
Eligible ads may include recruiting institutions, foundations, publishers, corporate members, exhibitors, and sponsors of related conferences. ASPHO will also place its own house ads when spaces are not sold.
No product-specific pharmaceutical ads will be accepted on the ASPHO website. All ads submitted for online placement will be subject to review and approval by the executive director, and if questionable may additionally require review and approval by the president.
These principles are applied by ASPHO to ensure adherence to the highest ethical standards of advertising and to determine the eligibility of products and services for advertising on the ASPHO website.
As a matter of policy, ASPHO will sell advertising space and make available sponsorship opportunities on its Web site only when the inclusion of
advertising does not interfere or detract from the mission or objectives of ASPHO, as determined by ASPHO in its sole discretion.
ASPHO reserves the right to reject any and all advertisements or sponsorships or discontinue posting of any advertisement previously accepted if, in its judgment, the interests of the society may so require.
