ASPHO Strategic Plan

In 2021, ASPHO’s Board of Trustees engaged in a strategic planning process to review and update its priorities and goals, with significant member input, in order to create a road map that guides its decision making, budgeting and tactical planning for the next 3-5 years. ASPHO’s mission, vision, overarching goals and values make up the Strategic Plan.
