A 4-year-old female was referred to Gastroenterology for short stature, easy bruising, abdominal pain and constipation by her PCP. She was found to have elevated tissue transglutaminase-Immunoglobulin A and was found to be positive for auto antibodies to endomysial IgA. Duodenal biopsy confirmed celiac disease (CD).
