Clinical Presentation
The patient is a 17-year-old male who presented with neck pain for 3 months, progressively worsening over time. He tried ibuprofen for pain relief and developed black, tarry stools, so he stopped it. He has some fatigue and has lost 5 pounds since last month. His appetite is decreasing, and he now has some swallowing difficulties because he can't move his neck well.
