2019 Call for Papers and Posters
General Information Regarding Paper & Poster Abstracts
The American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Conference Planning Committee invites the submission of abstracts for papers and posters to be presented at the 2019 ASPHO Conference, May 1-4, 2019 in New Orleans, LA.
The system will remain open from November 1, 2018, to January 8, 2019. The system will close at 3:00 pm CT on January 8, 2019 and additional submissions will not be accepted. The deadline will not be extended.
The system may be slower on January 7 and 8 due to the higher volume of submissions. ASPHO is not responsible for abstracts that are not submitted by the deadline due to a slower system.
Submitters will be notified in February 2019 regarding selection of their abstract.

Conference Registration Guidelines for Presenters
Paper and poster abstracts will be presented during concurrent session time blocks throughout the Conference. Papers and posters will be presented on May 2- 4. Presentation times will be assigned at the time the abstract is accepted; authors cannot request a specific presentation date/time. Prior to submission of a paper or poster, at least one author must agree to attend the ASPHO meeting and to participate as the paper or poster presenter. ASPHO will not waive the registration fee for presenters. Presenters are responsible for all personal expenses (e.g., travel, hotel) and for conference registration fees.
Paper and poster submissions will be reviewed and rated by members of the Conference Planning Committee who have expertise in the research or clinical area to which the submission belongs. Each submission will be reviewed for its scientific or clinical importance, ethical practice, and study design.
