Conference Advertising Opportunities

Pocket Guide

Drive attendees to your booth by advertising in the conference pocket guide. The pocket guide is provided to all meeting attendees and includes a complete list of educational sessions, meeting supporters, key events, and more. ASPHO Conference attendees refer to the guide often, not only onsite but throughout the year, which gives your ad repeated exposure.

Graphic Meter Board Advertising

We offer graphic meter board advertising opportunities to companies exhibiting or presenting corporate showcases or symposia at the conference. Reach meeting attendees with meter boards that are located near the entrance of the exhibit hall.

Passport Program

This program directs attendees to your booth in the exhibit hall. When attendees get their passport stamped by participating exhibitors, they are eligible for special prize drawings in the exhibit hall. Reach your audience with this special and fun program; it's a great way to connect with attendees and drive foot traffic to your exhibit.

Bag Insert

Connect with leaders in the field of pediatric hematology/oncology at the ASPHO Conference by having your literature provided directly to attendees at registration. Participation allows you to enhance your presence and increase traffic to your booth.

Mobile App

ASPHO will once again be offering a mobile app that attendees can download and access frequently to provide up-to-the-minute room changes, a full listing of all sessions and speakers, exhibitor and sponsor information, maps, and everything an attendee should reference during the Annual Conference. The majority of attendees will use the app constantly throughout the Annual Conference and this is a great place to gain visibility with a banner ad, push notification, or other exhibitor enhancements.

Educational Theater

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video through a showcase presentation held in a dedicated space within the exhibit hall which holds up to 100 attendees. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each showcase setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater and in the onsite pocket guide and mobile app available to all attendees. Verbal reminders will be announced overhead in the Exhibit Hall to attendees prior to the start of the presentation.
